Wednesdays, 8.30 p.m. (from Sept. 19), Commentary on Shantideva’s "Bodhisattvacaryavatara”), taught by Ven. Tulku Gyatso

Every first and 3rd Thursday of each month, 9.00 p.m. (from Sept. 20), The Art of Living with Mental Awareness according to the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh (Practice of meditation together with the Sangha of “Thay’s friends” of the 7 L)

Every second Thursday of each month, 8.45 p.m. (from October 11), Sharing Experiences of Spiritual Healing, coordinated by Laura Drighi

The last Thursday of each month, 8.45 p.m. - Sharing Experiences of Peace and Meditation with Other Spiritual Paths, coordinated by Valentina Dolara. The meetings are held alternatively at the Centres of the different spiritual groups (see schedule)
