After his 6 months stay in India, our resident teacher, Geshe Tashi Tsering, is back in London. He will be offering a variety of classes, weekend teachings and retreats, most of them based around His Holiness the Dalai Lama's teachings in Nottingham this year, including the ever-popular summer retreat, organized by Jamyang Leeds.
There will be lots of opportunities for you to expand your understanding of Buddhist Meditation with Geshe Tashi's Wednesday class, and Insight Retreat, plus the Monday night Meditation class. If Mindfulness is your goal, you should not miss Ven. Sean's series of teachings, discussion and meditation, on Thursdays. Also this term we have a new Silent Meditation group, for people who want to experience the benefits of group practice in silence.
Those of you newer to Buddhism must not miss Geshe Tashi's Introduction to Buddhism weekend; or the Discovering Buddhism weekends on the topics of Karma and Refuge, and the Open Afternoon, a great introduction to Jamyang and what we offer.
Finally, we are pleased to welcome Andy Weber and Gareth Sparham, both regular visitors at Jamyang, who will be teaching on Vajrasattva and the Bodhisattva's Path.
